The Procurement Automated Support System (PASS) is used to manage purchase orders (POs) for the District. PASS is the District's e-procurement system built on Ariba modules. PASS supports the full end-to-end procurement needs of the District, and is the source of record for all District procurements.
PASS is supported by the Procurement Application Services (ProServ) team in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer
